Growing up in Rochester, NY there was one Black owned Suit Store I visted everyday, Sir Michael's. I didnt have money to shop, but I went , I admired and watched the owner, Danny Michael Sr. and his employees. black men that looked like me, and how they carried themselves with class and poise.

They wore suits everyday! And their fashions shows were epic. So I patterened myself after Mr.Danny. Never have I met him in person, however,he has been the inspiration of Vandell's Closet!
